Stefan Karadja village is 5 km away from Dobrich and 40 km from the sea - Balchik and 60 km from Varna airport. Through the settlement there passes an international road from Dobrich to Romania. The village has good infrastructure. There is a primary school, a kindergarten, a library,a small park, a town hall, a post office, food stores and others.
